Could you briefly describe your current role at Sandvik?
I am responsible to implement Sandvik Mining and Construction's business training offers into the region and ensure that the right people receive the right competence development. The role is also responsible for analyzing future needs of development as well as implementing relevant actions to close gaps.

What is the best part about your job?
Meeting internal customers to understand the competence gaps and designing solutions to meet those needs. Designing competence solutions is creative, indeed. Meeting people give me joy as I constantly learn from such interactions.
I am currently doing my job with great satisfaction, my internal customers and reportng manager are happy with my performance and give me excellent feedback. I feel that I am adding value to the organization constantly. More over I feel I am close to my personal values of Open mind – willing to learn and open to feedback, Fair play – respect for the individual, intigrity, Team Spirit – we are a part of a global family.
