I want to work for a high-status company and also a company that operates internationally. Also the size of the company matters, especially when you go straight out from university. I really wanted to have the chance to grow within the company. What does it mean to be a sales navigator at Sandvik? I work with our sales and marketing staff to make sure that our company strategy gets executed! For example one project can be to support the organization to identify the right price level of a product and to have a clear list of the most profitable customers. How have you developed in your position during your time at Sandvik? I have been traveling a lot which has given me the opportunity to work in different parts of the company. This has given me knowledge of many for me new cultures such as China and US. What is exciting about the work you do? The most exiting part I have done is when worked in a project in China to set up a new factory, starting from just a green field. This was a fun and enormous challenge for me and I have really got to know China and project management. What is unique about Sandvik? The presents in so many countries, the unique in-house knowledge and the career possibilities. What is your favorite perk/benefit about working at Sandvik? The possibility to grow, both by the knowledge in the company but also by the possibility to work in production, sales, R&D and more. Why would you recommend Sandvik as an employer?
