We love a challenge
Manufacturing is full of challenges, if it is not tighter deadlines, or tighter tolerances, it’s tighter budgets. Constantly compromised, you face the daily challenges of producing more; better and faster.
But if you stop and think, this pressure actually drives change and allows us to progress.
Progress through meeting these challenges together is our constant focus. Looking beyond just tools, ensuring timely delivery, helping you streamline your inventory, tailoring training, optimising on your machine investments, or quite simply helping to make life a little bit easier. |
Productivity Improvement Programs – at your service
By identifying bottle-necks, tool changes, logistics to improve and processes to optimize, our productivity team concentrates on improving your profits as quickly as possible through increased productivity and reduced cost per component. Making your life easier by increasing machining efficiency, reducing unit costs and eliminating waste (time or material) are all high on the list.

 | Handy composite drills
For aerospace rivet and bolt holes, you can’t go wrong with this assortment of new standard drills. Each carbon fibre material can be different which then varies the risk for delamination or splintering. These drills, optimized for composite- and metallic-stack materials, ensure the stringent hole tolerances are met with exceptional finish and quality.

Chips under pressure
to deliver uninterrupted machining
The small part machining of demanding, long chipping materials always creates issues with chip breaking. The introduction of high precision coolant for the QS holding system in sliding head machines significantly improves chip breaking and extends your tool life. The sighted nozzles ensure accurate coolant delivery and performance improvements can be seen from as little as 10 bar coolant pressure. Moreover, it is simple to mount onto your existing QS system.

Size isn’t always
a problem
In a tight corner, or struggling for reach, these CoroMill Plura mini, ball nose end mills could be the answer. Designed for a high degree of accuracy, with a long reach, high hardness and excellent heat resistance, the geometry prevents the radius from wearing out on you, just when you don’t need it.

Stuck in a groove
There is nothing worse when you are working with heavy grooving than having to continuously stop and back out for chip jamming. You need high metal removal rates and a positive edge to cut smoothly and reduce vibration. Why not try these, available in different widths they form and narrow your chips and have a reliable stability that will simply help you relax.
