This product contains Chromium and Nickel, which are listed by OSHA, NTP, or IARC as being a carcinogen or potential carcinogen. Use of this product may expose you or others to fumes and gases at levels exceeding those established by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) or the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Before use, read and understand the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product.

Protect yourself and others. Read and understand this label. FUMES AND GASES CAN BE DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH. ARC RAYS CAN INJURE EYES AND BURN SKIN. ELECTRIC SHOCK CAN KILL. *Before use, read and understand the manufacturers instructions, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and employers safety practices. * Keep your head out of the fumes. * Use enough ventilation or exhaust at the arc, or both, to keep fumes and gases from your breathing zone and the general area. * Wear correct eye, ear, and body protection. * Do not touch live electrical parts. * See American National Standard Z49.1. "Safety in Welding and Cutting", published by the American Welding Society, 550 N.W. LeJune Road, P.O. Box 351040, Miami, FL 33135, and OSHA Safety and Health Standards 29CFR1910, available from U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20402. If exposed to excess welding fumes, remove to fresh air, wash eyes or skin with water to remove dust. In case of arc rays or electric shock, employ normal first aid techniques, and call a physician immediately.

: Sandvik Stainless Steel Welding Products contain Chromium. When welded Sandvik Stainless Steel Welding Products will produce Cr VI (hexavalent chrome), however, the weld deposit does not contain Cr VI as it will all be in the zero valent state or as Cr III (trivalent state) as an oxide. Finished products manufactured using Sandvik Stainless Steel Welding Products will not contain Cr VI.
